Read enough of them and the same four things come up over and over. So rather than stack the page with stars, we have arranged it around what people actually keep writing about.

I am so excited! I usually clean my own windows… but live in a Mid Century Modern home with huge windows! Aaron came immediately when I called to take a look.. and there is absolutely no comparison to how it feels to have them professionally done. Clayton came and was so quiet and efficient.. brushed the screens.. and they look simply amazing. Now I know what I have been missing by trying by trying to clean them myself!!!
Highly recommend this company! They were easy to communicate with via text to answer my questions and adjust the online quote as well as book my appointment. Seymour also accommodated my tight schedule during a one-day opening before I left town, which I really appreciated. Clayton did a fantastic job cleaning the interior and exterior windows, screens, and even the solar panels on top of the third story. He was professional, personable, and very detail-oriented. Even my house mate's dog liked him, so clearly he passed the vibe check too 😊 Everything looks amazing, and I really couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. I’ll definitely use them again! I love supporting a locally owned Boise business.

Clayton arrived cheerful and ready to clean the windows. He was polite and very thorough. I appreciated his attention to detail and his positive attitude. My windows look amazing!
Aaron at Seymour Window Cleaners was an excellent choice. Pictures of living room and side windows shown. See how they sparkle even without sunlight out today! Very pleased with the quality, detail and pleasant personality. I will be looking for him again! Had my entire home windows, gutters and outside screens done:

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Seymour’s Window Cleaning in Boise is hands down the best window cleaning service I’ve ever used. From the moment Seymour arrived, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The attention to detail was beyond impressive. He didn’t just “clean the windows” — he meticulously wiped down edges, frames, and tracks, making sure every inch was spotless. He caught little smudges and streaks I never would have noticed and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before he finished. My windows have never looked this clear — it honestly feels like I don’t even have glass there anymore!

Aaron did a great job washing our windows, inside and out. His work is meticulous, cleaning the edges and sills also. He offered and gave a discount to clean our gutters at the same time. I was going to clean them in a couple weeks, but now I don't have to. And they are a lot cleaner than I would have done. He also made sure the downspouts flowed free. Aaron arrived on time and the project took most of the day.

Extremely happy with the window cleaning service by Aaron. I did both interior and exterior windows and they look fabulous. Many windows in my home are high and hard to reach as well. From the time of the service quote to the day of cleaning, Aaron has been courteous, punctual and professional. I just signed up for his bi-annual window cleaning offer. I highly recommend him if you plan to get your windows professionally cleaned.

I recently hired Aaron Seymour, who owns Seymour Window Cleaning, and couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, communication was clear, and Aaron arrived right on time. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. Most importantly, the windows have never looked better. Inside and out, they’re spotless—no streaks, no missed spots, and the difference in natural light is incredible. Aaron even took care of the screens which was a pleasant surprise. It’s clear Aaron takes pride in his work and he did such a great job I signed up for quarterly cleanings. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality window cleaning, I highly recommend Aaron.

Aaron is the best window cleaner we have found in the Treasure Valley. His work is impeccable, his prices are reasonable and his demeanor is professional. He hand washes every window and screen inside and out (no sloppy pressure washing) so they sparkle when he’s done. Finally, he’s a recent Navy veteran and an upstanding young man.

What the reviews add up to
Four things people keep saying
These were not picked to flatter anybody. They came out of reading 529 reviews at once and noticing what people write about when nobody has asked them to write about anything in particular.
You are hiring a person
More than a third of the reviews name somebody. Aaron most often, then Clayton, and Matt gets named too.
The comparison
Around one in twenty puts us next to a previous cleaner or next to doing it themselves. It is the most emotional writing in the set.
Detail is the proof
About one review in five calls out meticulousness, and it is always the same specifics: frames, tracks, seals, edges, screens.
Trust in the home
The smallest share of the four, and the one that carries the most. People write about being comfortable with the crew inside the house.
The comparison effect
What you have been missing
The reviews people write at length are almost always the ones putting us next to something else: the cleaner they used before, or the Saturday they used to spend on a ladder. Those are worth reading first.
My first time with professionals. The difference is unbelievable. I don't think pictures could even show the before and after adequately. It is a luxury that I'm not sure I can give up now that I see and know the difference. He was prompt, courteous, thorough… A bonus is that this is a local small business that I can get behind and support. You won't regret it.
I have lived in my home for almost 10 years and I've had my windows cleaned off and on throughout the years… I have never ever seen windows this detailed and cleaned. They do all the seals. They do all the screens absolutely wonderful. They are also veteran owned, which is important to me.
We first got Seymour to clean the gutters which he did far more thoroughly than others. Then we had him clean our windows. Amazing how good the world looks now!
Detail is the proof
Frames, tracks, seals, edges, screens
About one review in five talks about meticulousness, and when people get specific they get specific about the same five things every time. Almost nobody writes about the middle of the glass.
That is not a coincidence, it is where the work is. Track detailing means the sliding panes and the track insert come out, the track gets vacuumed and scrubbed, then everything goes back. Screens come off, get handwashed, get their frames detailed, and go back on. The exterior clean is a full scrub, polish and detail of the panes, frames and sills.
"Clayton has a real eye for detail and didn't miss a thing. It's rare to find someone who treats window cleaning like a craft, but he definitely does."
Tyler English
"I could tell that they are perfectionists… they made sure every window was spotless before moving on to the next one."
Ryan Walker, on a three-story cabin on a sloped hill
You are hiring a person
People do not usually name a company
More than a third of the reviews name somebody: Aaron most often, then Clayton, and Matt gets named too. That is unusual for a home service, and it tells you what the day is like. Somebody turns up, you talk to them, and afterwards you remember which one it was.
Veteran and family-owned, Aaron runs a business you can count on. Shows up on time, works hard, and goes above and beyond… No BS, just pride in the work. Support your local vet and get service done right the first time.
Clayton not only did a fantastic job on our windows and skylights, he is professional and a truly nice person.
Trust in the home
The part that never makes the ad
It is the smallest of the four patterns and it says the most. People write about being comfortable with us in the house, and real estate professionals write about it for listings they are responsible for. Aaron puts it plainly: clients and agents are comfortable leaving us to get on with the work.
The strongest one in the set is Kathryn Shields'. It is about a gutter job, and about something that was not our job at all.
"Aaron went above and beyond helping us see an issue on our roof that had nothing to do with the gutter cleaning. Not a lot of companies would take the time to share something they thought was maybe problematic, and wasn't in their lane, but Aaron did. That alone is a valuable trait in being hired to be on the roof; he's thinking bigger. Aaron was also super tidy and had great communication."
Kathryn Shields
If we notice something going on around your home, we bring it up. We would rather tell you about something you did not hire us for than act as though we never saw it.
The one thing reviews can't do
See it on your own windows
Kiry Kirkpatrick wrote: "I called on Tuesday and by 4pm on Thursday my windows were sparkling clean." That is her week, not a promise about yours. Send your name, number, address and email, or call or text, and Aaron will get back to you and talk it through.
If you would rather stop thinking about the glass altogether, that is what the Seymour Shine Subscription is for. More about how the company got here is on the about page.
