What it is
All of it, by hand
A full scrub down, polish and detail of all interior window panes, including the frames and sills. Hand mop, pads, squeegee and microfiber towels. That is the method, and it is the same standard as the exterior work.
The difference is where it happens. Inside, we are working over your floors, your furniture and whatever is sitting on the sill, and the finish gets looked at from a foot away in your own light rather than from the street.
The method
Scrub down, polish, detail
Three stages on every window, each with the tool that suits it. Nothing here is fast, and that is the point: the inside is the glass you look through every day.
Scrub down
The pane is worked over by hand with a mop and pads, edge to edge.
Polish
Squeegeed and polished off, so the glass ends up clear rather than just wet.
Detail
Frames and sills finished with microfiber towels. This is the part people mean when they talk about attention to detail.
Every pane
All of the interior glass, not a selection of it. We would rather do the whole house than a window here and there.
The Seymour Shine Subscription
The inside is part of the plan
175+ homes across the valley are on the Seymour Shine Subscription. It puts the glass on a standing schedule, inside and out, so you are not booking each clean. If you want the inside done and you would rather stop thinking about the glass altogether, that is the version most of our clients end up on.

The questions that come with letting someone in
Do I need to be home?
Clients and real estate pros are comfortable leaving us alone to work in their homes and listings. If you would rather be there, that is fine too.
Do you do the tracks as well?
The interior clean covers panes, frames and sills. Tracks are their own service: we open the windows fully, remove the sliding panes and the track insert, vacuum and scrub the track clean, then put everything back. Ask for track detailing when you get in touch.
What about the screens?
Also its own service. Screens are removed, hand washed, their frames detailed, then reinstalled. Screen handwashing is one of the add-ons on the subscription too.
Will hard water spots come off?
When possible we treat and remove light hard water spots at no extra cost during your service. Heavier mineral staining may need a more advanced restoration service.
What happens if something gets damaged?
You hear it from us, right away, even if it is something you would never have found yourself. Honesty is at the forefront of how this business is run, and where we have caused a problem we have said so and put it right against the next service.
