This website is run by Seymour's Window Washing LLC, a window cleaning company in Boise, Idaho. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short, and they cover the website, not the work.
What this website is
It describes what we do and where we do it. It is general information, not a quote. We do not publish prices. Every house is quoted individually, so no figure you may see attributed to us elsewhere comes from this site.
Requesting a quote
Sending the quote form is a request for us to contact you. It is not a booking, and it does not commit you or us to anything. Nothing gets booked off a form. It starts the quote, and the rest is a conversation.
The work itself
The price, the scope and anything we guarantee for a job are the ones we agree with you directly for that job. Where a service has its own terms, such as the Christmas lights leasing program, they are set out on that service's page and confirmed with you before anything is ordered.
Text messages
If you check the box on the quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Seymour's Window Washing at the number you gave us, about your quote, your appointments and your service.
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. After that we will not text you again unless you ask us to.
- Reply HELP for help, or call or text (208) 581-7061.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number is covered in the privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used, and it sets cookies in your browser to do that. It does not receive your name, your phone number, or anything you type into the quote form. What it collects, and how to opt out, is set out in the privacy policy.
Reviews and photographs
The reviews shown here are public Google reviews of our business, in the customers' own words. Some include photographs the customer took and attached to their review.
What belongs to us
The Seymour's Window Washing name and logo, and the text, photographs and video on this site, belong to Seymour's Window Washing LLC or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be free of errors or always available, and what it says can change.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to a site we do not run, what that site does is up to it.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using this website itself. That does not limit anything we owe you for work we carry out for you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Questions go to aaron@seymourswindows.com or (208) 581-7061.
