Window Cleaning Services in Boise
Glass inside and out, and the things that come with it: screens, tracks, hard water spotting, gutters, solar panels, commercial work by request, and Christmas lights in season. Same small crew, same standard on all of it.
How the list works
Most people start with the glass
Almost everyone arrives here wanting the windows done. The rest of the list is what turns up around that: the screens, the tracks underneath, the spotting on the pane, the gutters above it. Each one has its own page because each one is quoted and done on its own terms, not folded quietly into somebody else's.
Most of this work is not bought a job at a time. The Seymour Shine Subscription puts the glass on a standing schedule instead. It covers polishing the glass, removing hard water stains, and cleaning the frames, sills and tracks, with a 48 hour quality guarantee and a 7 day rain guarantee, at a better rate per visit than a one time clean. That is the version most of our clients end up on.
You do not have to sort out which service is which before you get in touch. Tell us the house and what is bothering you about it, and we will put the right things on the quote.
Everything we do
The nine services
Each of these is a page of its own, with what is included, what is not, and the questions we get asked before people book.
Exterior Window Cleaning
A full scrub down, polish and detail of all exterior panes, frames and sills. Light hard water spots treated at no extra cost when possible.
Learn moreInterior Window Cleaning
The same three stages on the inside, all by hand: mop, pads, squeegee and microfiber towels. Every interior pane, with the frames and sills.
Learn moreScreen Cleaning
Removal, handwashing, frame detail, then reinstalling. The frame gets detailed as well as the mesh, and putting them back is part of the job.
Learn moreTrack Detailing
Windows opened fully, sliding panes and the track insert lifted out, the channel vacuumed and scrubbed, then everything put back together.
Learn moreHard Water Treatment
Light mineral spotting treated during your window cleaning at no extra cost when possible. Heavier staining is a separate scope, and we say so.
Learn moreGutter Cleaning
Two levels. Basic clears the gutters and sweeps your patio, driveway and walkway. Premium adds the downspouts, by hand and water, then tests the system.
Learn moreSolar Panel Cleaning
A full scrub down and a pure water rinse of every panel, with no harsh chemicals anywhere in it. Third story roofs included.
Learn moreCommercial Window Cleaning
Taken by request. We do not chase commercial accounts and we do not quote a lower rate, because the work does not change to suit the building.
Learn moreCustom Christmas Lights
Custom design, installation, maintenance through the season, then takedown and storage. Seasonal, and the schedule fills in the order it is confirmed.

Tell us about the house
Name, number, address and email is enough for us to start on a virtual quote, and Aaron will call to talk it through. If you are not sure which of the nine you need, say what you are looking at and we will tell you straight. If it is a building rather than a house, commercial is the page to read first.
