Why ours costs more
The details most people never notice, until they do
We are not the cheapest install in the valley and we do not try to be. What you are paying for is the part nobody photographs: bulbs sitting on the peak, evenly spaced, strands wrapped evenly, wreaths centered, and the extra wire hidden instead of left hanging.
It is the same standard as the window work. If that level of finish is not what you are after, we are probably not the right company for the job.
Booking
The schedule is the limit
This season it is Aaron and his technician, so there is a hard ceiling on how many homes can be done properly before the holidays. Installs are booked in the order they are confirmed, and when the calendar is full it is full. If you are considering it, earlier is genuinely better.

We design it
Your rooflines, your house. You approve the design and the quote before anything is ordered.
Deposit holds the date
A 50% deposit at scheduling secures your installation date. The balance is due when the install is finished.
We handle the rest
Install, maintenance through the season, takedown, and storage until next year.

How the leasing program works
Do I own the lights?
No, and that is the point. All lighting, clips, timers and materials stay ours. You are leasing the display for the season, which is why storage and maintenance are included rather than billed.
What does the price include?
Custom design, installation, maintenance through the season, takedown and storage. One free color change is included each year.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, at the same rate each season, unless either of us cancels in writing at least 30 days before the next installation season.
What if something gets damaged?
If lights or equipment are damaged, moved or removed by anyone other than us, you may be responsible for repair or replacement.
What do you need from me?
Safe roof and property access on service visits, and a card on file for the deposit, balance and renewals. Install and takedown dates can move with weather.
