Solar Panel Cleaning
A full scrub down and a pure water rinse of all of your panels, without harsh chemicals. The same people who do the glass, working to the same standard, on the part of the house you cannot see.
What we do up there
Scrubbed down, rinsed with pure water
Every panel gets a full scrub down, then a pure water rinse. No harsh chemicals anywhere in it. That is the whole method, and there is no fancier version of it we hold back for a bigger job.
It is the same standard as the window work, and it often happens in the same visit: our reviews name the panels in the same breath as the windows, the screens and the skylights, because it was all one trip to the house.
How it goes
Four steps, and none of them are yours
Panels are quoted per property, the same as everything else we do. There is no figure on this page on purpose: a number posted here would be wrong for most roofs, and we would rather look at yours and quote once.
Tell us about the roof
Call, text or send the form. Name, number, address and email is enough for us to start a virtual quote.
In person if it needs it
Most quotes are settled by phone or text. If the panels are awkward to see or to reach, Aaron comes out and looks.
Full scrub down
All of the panels, not the ones that happen to be easy. This is the part the detail work lives in.
Pure water rinse
Rinsed off with pure water. No harsh chemicals touch your panels at any point in the visit.
Height is not the problem
We have already been on roofs like yours
The hard part of solar is rarely the dirt. It is the getting there, and it is the question of who you are comfortable putting on your roof while you are at work.
Linda Lortie’s review has us doing her interior and exterior windows, her screens, and “even the solar panels on top of the third story.” Another is a three-story cabin in the mountains, on a sloped hill. A third is a homeowner whose roof problem we spotted and pointed out during a gutter visit, which had nothing to do with what she hired us for. That last one is policy, not luck: if we notice something going on around your home, you hear about it.
Straight answers
What people ask before they book panels
What do you use on the panels?
A full scrub down and a pure water rinse. No harsh chemicals, on any part of the array.
Can you reach panels on a second or third story?
Yes. Third-story panels, skylights and a three-story cabin on a sloped hill are all in our reviews.
Can the panels and the windows be done in one visit?
Yes. Reviews describe exterior windows, interior windows, screens and the panels all done on one visit. Tell us what you want looked at and it gets quoted together.
Do I need to be home?
Clients and real estate pros are comfortable leaving us alone to work in their homes and listings. If you would rather be there, that is fine too.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because every property is different and a posted number would be wrong for most of them. We would rather understand yours and quote it once. What we will not do is quote a cheaper version of the work: the price does not come down, because the quality and the experience do not come down with it.
When you are ready
Send us the address
Name, number, address and email is all it takes to start. We will come back with a real number for your roof, and if the panels need eyes on them first, Aaron will come out. If it is the glass you never want to think about again, that is the Seymour Shine Subscription: a standing schedule, at a better rate per visit than a one-time clean.
