There is one plan. We look at your house, your glass and how it actually weathers, then set the rhythm with you when we quote it. After that it runs without you having to remember it. 175+ homes across the valley are on it.

Name, number and address is enough to start. What the house needs comes out of looking at it, not out of a package.

How often we come back is worked out with you on the call, around your glass and how it weathers.

What is included
The same list, every visit
Polishing the glass. Removing hard water stains. Cleaning the frames, the sills and the tracks. That is what a visit is, every time.
Hard water treatment is part of the visit rather than a line on top of it. Where windows have developed light hard water spots, we treat and remove them at no extra cost during your service. That works best on lighter buildup, and heavier mineral staining can still need a more advanced restoration service.
Every visit carries a 48-hour quality guarantee and a 7-day rain guarantee.

Can anything be added to a visit?
Two things. Screen handwashing, or doing the inside and the outside in a single visit. Tell us which when we talk and it gets quoted with the rest.
What if a standing plan is not the right fit?
Say so when you get in touch. A standing schedule is what we recommend and what this page describes, and the conversation goes from there. Plenty of houses start with a single clean.
Do I need to be home?
Clients and real estate professionals are comfortable leaving us alone to work in their homes and listings. If you would rather be there, that is fine too.
Will hard water spots come off?
When possible we treat and remove light hard water spots at no extra cost during your service. Heavier mineral staining may need a more advanced restoration service.
What happens after I get in touch?
Name, number, address and email is enough for us to start on a virtual quote. After that it is a call or a text to talk it through. Send the details here if that is easier than the phone.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because a figure posted here would be wrong for most houses. Every house is different, so we would rather understand yours and quote it once. What we will say without seeing it is that per visit the plan is a better rate than a one-time clean.
